ALPI JKT multifunctional jacket

The ALPI JKT is the perfect multifunctional jacket with lots of remarkable details. It is made of a highly durable three-layer laminate that is both wind and water resistant and breathable. Of course there are taped seams and waterproof weighted zippers. The jacket has a fully adjustable hood in two directions. The hood features an integrated Recco rescue system. On the inside of the collar you will find padded pads that ensure a comfortable fit while minimizing heat loss. 

At the sides, the jacket has two-way zippers that can be unzipped all the way to the armpits. These zippers allow for optimal moisture ventilation according to your individual needs. The waist circumference can be adjusted by means of the buttons located on the inside of the hem, and the sleeve circumference can be adjusted by means of Velcro fasteners. The jacket is ideal as an ideal outer layer for skiing or skialpping, but it will also serve you well in other winter sports activities. The jacket has two side pockets and one chest pocket, all of which are zippered. Of course, there are also reflective elements.

The material contains recycled polyester. It is a special material made from recycled resources such as PET bottles or old clothes. In the production process, the raw materials are cleaned, ground and moulded into fibres to create a material with the same properties as pure polyester. In particular, it is strong, wrinkle-free, easy to maintain and highly durable. Approximately 90 % less water and 70 % less energy are used in the production process than in the production of conventional polyester. The carbon footprint of production is also 75 % lower than for conventional polyester and even 50 % lower than for organic cotton.
