Extended period for returning gifts

For e-shop orders made in November and December, you have the option to return or exchange goods for other goods until
January 31st 2025.

If you want to exchange goods, proceed in the same way as for returning goods.

Please send the goods back and create a new order. See returns and exchanges.

Conditions for a hassle-free return:

The goods must be undamaged, unused and resaleable.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging including tags.

Didn't manage to order in time?

No problem - our Gift Vouchers are the solution! We will also deliver them to you in electronic form on Demeber 23rd!

We will ship your pre-Christmas orders until December 23rd, 2024.

If you want your gifts to arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering them no later than December 18th (10:00 a.m.)!

Please take into account the congestion of transport companies during this period and do not delay your order.

We ship your post-Christmas orders also between holidays.
