AC Sole was founded in 2002 by renaming the Aerobic Club of Jarka Benešová. It organizes exercises for children as well as aerobic and other exercises for the public, such as Life Style, Slow Body, Hatha Yoga, exercises for pregnant women and power yoga (more on the exercise schedule).
